Bring your own phone.

Every line in ReasonVoice is a standard SIP account. Any desk phone, cordless base, analog adapter or softphone that speaks SIP can register to it and ring alongside your browser and the mobile app. These are the ones we've verified.

Add a device in three steps

Open the call workspace at call.reasonvoice.ai → Numbers → Your devices → Add device. Give it a name like “Front desk Yealink”.
Open Setup details, pick your phone's brand and copy the fields. Each device gets its own username and password, so you can remove one later without touching the others.
Enter them on the phone (web admin page or on-screen menu) and save. The line registers within a few seconds and shows up as online in the workspace.

Settings that are the same for every device

Transport	TLS on port 5061 (recommended) — TCP or UDP on 5060 also work
Username / auth ID	From Your devices in the call workspace (both fields get the same value)
Password	From Your devices in the call workspace
Media encryption	SRTP on when using TLS; off otherwise
Codecs	G.722 or Opus first, then G.711u (PCMU) / G.711a (PCMA)
Registration expiry	Leave at the phone's default
Caller ID	Set on our side from your numbers — nothing to enter on the phone

The docs links below go to each vendor's own manuals for finding the account / line settings screen. The values to enter always come from Your devices in the call workspace.

Desk phones

Wired SIP phones for a reception counter or an office. Plug into PoE or the bundled power supply, enter the line details, done.

Something else?

If your phone isn't listed but supports SIP registration with a username and password, it almost certainly works — use the Other / softphone field names in Setup details. Two things to check before buying: the phone must support TLS (or you accept unencrypted UDP on 5060), and Cisco hardware must run Multiplatform firmware rather than Enterprise firmware.
